D - Taco Bell taco pizza and a couple of cinnamon dessert thingies

heme iron: pending

MILES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day

handful of multigrain crackers/cream cheese
chicken and greens from the garden

I don't normally post because I forget but remembered today!

Pre-B: 1.5c coffee with White Chocolate Raspberry creamer

B: sausage patty w/cheese and egg 15g

S: Fruit punch protein 39g

L: same as B 15g

S: Fruit punch protein 39g

D: same as before 15g

12 cups of water

Workout: cardio kickboxing for 30 min followed by a weight class  for 1 hour

Vitamins: none taken yet. 

Total protein: 130g

Carbs: 26

Great job today! 130g of protein, 26 carbs, and an hour of exercise is perfect!

Thank you! Now if only the scale would notice my hard work lol! At least my clothes are. I swear I have abs underneath my extra skin lol.
