Miles and Menus April 22, 2016
Rainy day here. Lots of shopping but after 6 shoe stores I finally found navy dressy flats that I can wear with my dress for the wedding. I HATE SHOPPING. Oh well. That part is over.

1/2 apple, peanut butter
pistachios
brats, kraut

and a few handfuls of peanut M&Ms

I feel like I've been on a road trip to nowhere this week. DH can't drive because he has a boot on his right ankle so I'm taking him to doctor appoints and therapy. Yesterday I saw the eye doctor about a film on my eye where I had a cataract removed. I need to have a laser treatment in a couple of weeks. DH and I both had dental appointments for crowns but at different times. Today was therapy.
My eating was okay but I need to plan ahead.

Oatmeal
Turkey pastrami w/Swiss cheese
Pinto beans - leftover from yesterday and I really dislike leftovers.
I really need to get my menus more interesting.
