Sounds good. Do you have a standing computer stand? I tried sitting on an exercise ball for a while but didn't think it was doing much.

I have a large box that the computer screens came in that I sit my lap top on. So, when I'm working on my lap top, I'm standing and when I'm on the network system, I'm sitting. More exercise...up and down. lol

I love reading all of your daily menus. I love seeing all of the variety, and it's comforting to know that so many things will be available to me after my recovery period and even more once I get into maintenance. I'm still about 30 days pre-op, but it's still fun to see. You guys are awesome. :)
