WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Morning LW's!! We have a busy day planned so I thought I better post before DH gets up. I didn't have any luck shopping last night. I NEVER walk out of Macy's empty handed but nothing caught my eye enough to buy it. I'm a lot pickyer than I was before WLS.

I get major sticker shock in real stores these days, but I can even walk out of our Dillards outlet if I don't see something I really like. I need to get rid of some stuff, not buy more.
Spent the day at the horse show.
decaf protein coffee 33g
low carb wrap, 1/2 cheese toast, 1/2 cinnamon toast
lemon tea protein 13g
muffin
wrap with 85% of bread off, chicken salad, chips
lemon tea protein 13g
leftovers from last night, chicken, zucchini, broccoli
protein shake 33g
Something I ate at the show gave me horrible gas. I though I would die before I could get away from folks to release it then farted all the way home in the car for 1 hr. Finally feeling better but still really gassy. Must have been the wrap/chicken salad, the only thing that wasn't pretty regular stuff.

DD saw a top she really liked but they didn't have her size. I'm going to see if I can track one done. I put on one of my favorite tops yesterday and noticed it was a little fuzzy and I remembered I saw the exact same one at our local Boscov's so I ran and grabbed it. I have a lot that I need to take somewhere. I'm never or would I even want to get back into them.
Sounds Good!

I texted with Jody a few weeks back asking her if she would be a reference for us as we were trying to adopt a new kitty. We got the new kitty, BTW, and we named her Scully...like X-Files.
"appropriately buttered" is a DS joke. We can eat most anything as long as it's appropriately buttered. lol

CUTE name! What color? I had a beautiful calico once. I love cats but DH is extremely allergic to them. I keep begging Raegan to get one but she wants a dog......
A reference for a kitty??? Is she a fancy breed or something? You could have all the cute kitties you could ever want just from my back yard and we don't own any of them.
That's funny about the "butter". I've never heard that before........hahaha!

We're looking for "Mulder" to go with Scully now. ^-^ Scully is a little girl and a Lynx Point Siamese. She was found outside and put in a local shelter for about a month but no one claimed her. The SiameseRescue.org put her on their website for adoption, and with Jody's help, we qualified as good potential parents. We've had her for just over 2 weeks.
