Not sure I believe it especially after eating out and at the horse show yesterday but that is what the scale said. I have been running 132-131 all week so maybe.

I am up this week and honestly almost did not even post. I know it's water weight and I am bloated and backed up. So I am sure in a few days it will be off again. I have added in more exercise which equals a lot more soreness and muscle growth too. So even though my scale is up I know it isn't true weight gain.

Have stopped losing pounds but am losing inches!
I hate these big bounces. I was 130 yesterday, 134 this morning. I know part of it is eating wrong this weekend but part is and who knows what else. I know I didn't eat THAT much this weekend. I do think that after muscle pump, I am usually heavier which I believe is swelling in my muscles. And TOM can certainly play a part. I just know I have to get back on track, and keep on keeping on. That usually gets things back on track.

The big ones are the hardest, but it is getting easier when I do see an increase over night or a few days to know that it is nothing but retention. I was down to 133 this morning and hopefully it continues to move! I am sure yours will, too! Yes, after strength training we do retain a little water so that is normal to see an increase then. i frequently have to remind myself of this very thing!
