Last week  132
This week   132

I'm ready for it do go down again.  At least while I am bouncing now, I am bouncing lower instead of higher.

How was your week?

Good morning Price! So glad that you are managing to hold steady, rather than gain. I was in a holding pattern for a few months, but apparently it was just a stall because all of a sudden I am dropping it off quickly again. Last week I was 118.8 (I think) and this morning, I am down to 117.2. I swear I am not doing anything differently, either! Crazy. Enjoy your week!

Congrats!!!  The lower we get, the less it takes to support us and the harder it is to lose but you are doing great.  Yeah, we just have to keep on keeping on!!!

OMG, this is crazy. I actually used my weigh in from yesterday when I logged in this morning because the bathroom where the scale is was busy, and I thought, "how different can it be?". But I just stepped on the scale and it says 116 even. Holy crap!

Last Week 115

This week 115

I'm ready for  the scale to move up a little.  I was perfectly fine with 118/119.  I actually had to pin my dress pants in on the side because they are getting to loose and long.

I know it is a worry, wanting to gain a little but being scared of gaining much.  Wish I knew what to tell you.  Adding carbs and fat are the normal things.  Maybe that would help?

I'm going for a CT scan on Thursday.  Dr. is concerned about my weight loss.  He thought I would gain some of it back after my body calmed down after the bowel obstruction repair.  I don't have much of an appetite.

First time posting weight for the week...but I need to get back on track!  I'm not unhappy or totally off the wagon, but I would love to see 95 pounds lost (which would put me at 124.6) before I go back to the doctor for my last check-up in 3 weeks (18 months post-op at that point).  So last week 131.1 and this week 132.3!

5'5" 64 year old; HW 219; SW 199; CW 129; GW 145ish (original)...now on to "ideal" (138)...got that...now a few spare (132)...got that one, too! Now for the 120's!! Made them...now for the "dream" weight...125! Well, that one's proving to be a little tougher!
