I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

I got home at 5 had when I left, I didn't take a snack or drink with me. I ate one after the other trying to be not starving, then didn't want supper. The guys got home from bowling at 8 and I hadn't started cooking, lol. It is also what happens when you are working on the tablet instead of the desk top.
