Good morning, Price!
I participated in the All Meat All Week Challenge on the RNY board this week, which really helped a lot of us lose and break a stall. Some people lost over 5lbs! Just a pound for me, but it was a nice to see the scale continue to move in the right direction.
Last week: 119.9
Today: 118.8
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
Great!! Whatever works. I know for me, staying very low carb is the best!!! You have so little to lose now, it will just be slow. It is easy to take away 500 calories when you are eating 2500 but now when you are eating 1200 at best. Just keep on keeping on!!!

Most of the week it seemed my weight was heading in the wrong direction but this morning I was hanging in there around 123. I think that might be up a little from last week but not as bad as it could have been.

I think that is about where you were last week. Staying the same is always better than going up, lol.

My weight constantly bounces. I think last Sunday I was up to 136- fluid retention. But today I am at 132. So finally getting the scale to go back down. I feel like I am never getting out of the 130s. Even though I haven't seen the numbers I want to see on the scale I still get asked how much more I have lost by family that hasn't seen me as often. They always think I'm lying when I tell them nothing. I have been bouncing in the same 6 pound range for a couple of months. Yay for inch loss!
Last week: 136ish ??

Have stopped losing pounds but am losing inches!
Sometimes I understand why I am bouncing, sometimes I don't have a clue.
But down is down and it is great!!!
