WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

 

Morning LW's!!!    Tomorrow's April Fools day!  My 7 yr. old DGD was asking me all about it this morning on our way to school.  I gave her some ideas to use on Pappy.  Then she started laughing because I HATE when she crosses her eyes and she started with What if I......       I know she is going to try to use that on me....lol. I'm going to have to go along with it even though it kind of nauseates my stomach to see her do it.

Morning Roz.  Do you want me to start M&M for you while you are gone?  I am actually home this weekend, surprise, surprise.

Drove Teke between rain drops this morning.  It is suppose to be wet for the next few days and I needed to get at least one drive in.
