WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Happy Monday LW's!!! What a busy weekend we had!! I over did it in the eating department and the scales proved it to me this morning. I had some funnel cake (no powder sugar...didn't want to dump) at the Egg Hunt. Then on Easter Sunday I had several pieces of ham and stayed away from the mashed potatoes, gravy, bread and jello salad BUT then I had a few bites (lost count) of HOHO cake after Easter Dinner. For dinner last night I ate practically a whole baked chicken leg.

Drove Teke for a walk around the neighborhood this morning then did billing and payroll. No muscle pump tonight because of a meeting.
