WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Morning LW's!!! Are you ready for Easter??? I've been filling plastic eggs the last 2 evenings and I haven't even started on the Easter Baskets yet. We are coloring Eggs tonight and a going to a "HUGE" Easter Egg hunt tomorrow. The Grandkids and Nieces/Nephews are super excited!! So far I haven't had one piece of candy....YEAH for ME!!! I love ham and don't get if very often so I'm trying to concentrate on having Ham on Sunday and not focusing on candy. My sister cooks this holiday so it should be a fun and stress free weekend for (as stress free as it can get with 11 kids).

Hi Roz,
Congrats on not eating any candy. I didn't eat any of the cookies, but I am planning on having 1 on Sunday along with ham. My sister in law does this holiday so it is an easy one for me. I usually buy all the kids chocolate bunnies and things, but this year I just made them a cookie with their name on it. They get so much stuff from their parents they don't need anymore and none of my kids want it at their house.
My parents are coming to spend the weekend with us on their way home from Florida so it will be a busy weekend. It will be good to see them since it has been a while.
