WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Off to a competition.   The rest of the family went last night because it's 2 hours away but DH wanted to sleep in his own bed so I had to get up at 5 and he is still sleeping.......  My menu is the same as yesterday.  I gotta get my lunch boxed packed. Have an Awesome day!!

It's been cold and rainy here but I have gotten some inside stuff done.  I can't believe I leave on Tuesday for the first competition of the year.  I hope we are ready.

Hi Roz,

I have enjoyed watching the videos of the girls performing.  They are so good, even the little ones!!

Day 1 of the 5 day pouch test.  It hasn't been too bad.  I forgot my protein drink that I usually take to Sunday School with me and forgot my vitamins so I had to get them all in this afternoon.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
L:  1 cup Ham & Cheese Soup
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  1 cup Low-Carb Butternut Squash & Sausage Soup(I used butternut squash instead of pumpkin)
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink

If I get hungry before bed I will have another cup of one of the soups.

This afternoon I made 7 batches of icing and 5 double batches of cookie dough and did not eat any of it!!  I have over 300 cookies to make this week.  I will bake them tomorrow and Tuesday probably and ice them the rest of the week.  I am really enjoying doing the cookies as long as I can stay out of them...
