Menus and Miles Wed. March 16th
I guess it's the meat Proteins I'm missing. There is "good" Protein like Whey, Meat, Eggs and Cheese and then snack Proteins that I think of as fillers but not "good" protein.
During the losing stage I only counted my Whey Protein totals (which were way over 100) and food Proteins were just a bonus. Now that I'm on Maintenance I don't count anything but Protein is a big part of my life for both my meals and snacks.
I don't see any bad carbs so I'm not worried about your carb total but even veggy carbs can slow you down.
