I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Over the hump day!! Pretty tired today with the clocks changing and staying up to late to watch the election coverage.

What are the recommended totals for the VSG? I never took in 1000 calories until I was at my Drs. goal which was 8 months out and then I only increased it with Whey Protein Drinks.
I'd like to see you eat some real Protein food.

I was told not to count calories but MyFitnessPal does it for me so I post it. I am to aim between 65-100 grams of protein per day, carbs should be 50g or less, fat 30g or less. My carbs will always be high because I do my best to eat vegetable sources of protein. I was told that was fine.
I don't understand your last comment. Every meal and snack I ate yesterday contained protein foods and I only had one protein shake supplement in my coffee in the morning. I try not to eat meat or at the very least keep it to only one meal a day. Before surgery I was a mostly meatless eater, I am trying to get back into that habit but it's been difficult.
