WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

 

Afternoon!!  I forgot my Protein Drink at home sitting on the counter.  I was soooo bummed.  I've been craving it all day and feeling run down. I don't know if I'll have time to catch up on my Protein or not.

Maintenance 7+ years

Breakfast:   Handful Honey Nut Cheerios

Protein:  

Snack:     1 Lite Swiss Laughing Cow wedge and 5 Saltines

Lunch:     Ham and Cheese and few carrots

Protein:   Matrix Mint Cookie 35g

Snack:     Nature Valley Gluten Free Almond Nut Bar

Dinner:     Ham and bean soup

Snack:     3 TB's Popcorn with a little salt and oi

Our DGD2 had her first softball game today.  I forgot how much I missed ball games since our kids are grown.

B:  protein decaf coffee

S:  lemon tea protein 

L:  low carb wrap, cheese, slice of ham

S: lemon tea protein drink

D:  salmon patty, small thin biscuit

S:  low carb mug cake of some type

Vitamins:  done

Water/fluids:  80 ozs

Miles: 1 mile walked
