I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
We had a great time at DGSons 1st Birthday Party. I stayed out of the chips bowls but did enjoy a piece of meat topping pizza, small piece of BD cake (scrapped most of the icing off), fresh fruit, and 2 pieces of candy.

Last day of the clinic, then home to do a birthday dinner with DS whose birthday was actually last weekend when I was gone. Teke was terrific and if I can just keep driving well, we should have a good show in a week or so. odd food today because of traveling and eating out.
