I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

busy day here. got feed and unloaded 4 50lb bags then drove Teke and bathed him. now getting ready to clip him once he drys. Plenty of exercise for me today.

You must be very strong Price! No way could I handle a 50 pound bag. My back hurts after I lift the 1 yr. old a few times in an evening.

YEAH!!!! Kingston's 1st BD party is tomorrow. Our cake lady is making him a Monster cake. On his BD Jennifer gave him 2 pieces of cake and he destroyed them....lol. Can't wait to see what he does with his smash cake.

What type of WLS did you have? Could you post it on your signature with your Stats?
I'd really like to see you add a Protein Drink or 2. It's good to make your goal around 100 Proteins a day with most of that "Good" Protein. I've never heard of Genepro Powder. Is that Whey? How many Proteins in a scoop?

I had VSG. I never make it to 100 grams of protein daily and am happy if I get 60-70. Genepro protein is a flavorless, medical grade protein with 30 grams per tablespoon. At least 4 days a week I start my day with it mixed into the 1/2&1/2 I put in my coffee to drink during the morning commute.
