WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Afternoon LWs!!!! I put the rest of the box of PB Girl Scout cookies in the freezer way in the back....LOL. If you bought any this year did you notice how small the cookies are.
DH and I are going to talk to a Retirement Counselor tonight. We are still waiting for the union and company to agree on the contract that expired in Oct. DH is hoping to retire April 1st and we need to get our ducks in a row. I'm dreading going to this meeting because you work and work all your lives and then your told you are too poor to retire. Other than our house we don't have any debt but we don't really have any savings either.

Good for You!!!! DH's company is offering them a really good 3 year retirement package and it's perfect timing for him! The meeting went Ok. He is going to look it over and let us know our options. Someone else told me we should go to several different companies for more than one opinion.

hahaha! I went to one without DH so I was really dreading him being there. DH has never had any interest in income/bills coming and going. I didn't do the best job. I am a giver and if anyone wants something I do my best to help them out and that's a good thing but not good for our savings. We save for particular things we want to do but our savings for the future is next to zero except for our 401K.
