I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Hello LW's!!!! Last Sunday I spent too much time on the computer and we were late for Church. I HATE not sitting in our regular seat...big joke at our church. We go to a church that has around 1000 people per service and Pastor teases because he says all it has to do is look around and see who's missing. One Sunday we were late and we had to sit somewhere else and some lady came and told us we had to get out of her "BINGO" seats. Of course we got up and moved and never said a word but I was really irritated and had to do some Praying to get passed it.

Lunch: Probably eating out and then going to visit my Mom
