Sunday Weigh In (for Price)

Good Morning Lightweights!
I had my 6 month check in for my revision from Band to Bypass (it's actually been 7 months, now...) with my surgeon this week and she was very happy to see my progress! Here are some of the highlights:
- All of my vitamins are on the high side of normal, except for stored iron, which remains low
- I hit my weight goal to have a "normal" BMI
- I am off all meds, even Prilosec (which any Band revision people know is a big f'n deal!!!!!!)
- I'm exercising a lot - mostly running, but she wants to have me add in more weights to build up my muscle mass.
Here I am on the way to the gym this morning!
This morning I am weighing in at 121.1, which is 2lbs below the goal I set for myself. Now I am going to push away a set number and just try to keep losing until I feel like I'm where I should be. I know I am small now, but I carry all of my excess weight in my thighs (ugh) and I would like to keep going. The surgeon says that my last 8 pounds might take me a full year to lose, but I think I can beat that!
How did you guys do this week?
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)

My waist is like 2 pants sizes smaller than my freakin thighs. C'mon body!
Did you do any particular exercise that you think helped get the fat off in that area?
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
I saw 122 this past week, so I'm claiming it.
It took me all of 11 months to lose down to 115. The last 3 or 4 months was like -1, -.5, etc., really, really slow.

I was up this morning too. Being gone over the weekend was not good for my weight but was for my head, lol. Love the "live to battle another day". I'm right there with you.

I think it was 2 weeks ago I posted at 132
I have seen 131 but am now up a little. I have been off plan a little and am about to start so I know that is responsible for the couple extra pounds.
