I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Hope you had a nice weekend. Ours was busy busy as usual. I've been dizzy yesterday afternoon and today, I don't know if it is low blood pressure or allergies. I probably haven't been eating the best in the world.

I'm sure you know this but you can't get the vits and mins from the greens in your salad without some fat. If you have full fat cheese or some kind of meat with fat or avocado or something you should be fine but some fat is necessary to digest all those greens.

It's been pretty nice here in PA. I hate wearing a coat (always have it with me) so I'm really enjoying it. This weather has been a blessing for DH. Working in the freezing cold weather is hard on him.
