WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

After our whole area was disabled by ice last night, today is 50. What a crazy world. Finally got a drive in with Teke, on the road because the inch of ice left way too much water on frozen ground to be able to use the arena. But that was ok, at least we could drive.

Yesterday we had an ice storm but out road crews got everything deiced for this morning. We are suppose to be in t he 50's over the weekend.
I have one bad habit that I've never been able to break and that's eating while I cook. Thank goodness it's mostly protein now instead of fried potatoes....LOL.
