Menus and Miles Sunday Feb. 14th
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Happy Valentines Day!!!! Well I took my own advice and told DH where to get my flowers. I got a dozen of Beautiful Pink ones and there isn't a dead spot on them and they smell so Beautiful!
We usually eat out on Sunday's after church with our kids and Grandkids but I bet the restaurants will be crazy so I'm not sure what's for Lunch or Dinner.

We don't eve go out ON Valentines day because of the traffic and when I was out yesterday, the restaurant parking lots were full. I promised the guys a cherry cobbler today and I may have a bite but I have done too good to blow it for that.
Storm is suppose to be moving in tonight with ice. Yuck. Cold is bad enough. I may try to see some of my clients today instead of chancing tomorrow.

We ended up going to a local little restaurant near our house. It's mostly fried food so I ate 1/2 a BLT and a cup of soup. I figured that would be the safest thing.
My Mom used to make the best Cherry Cobbler. I bet your guys really enjoyed it!
Did you get the ice? It looks like it's coming north but so far we don't seem to be in range of it. We have had a very mild winter in our little town so far.
Sounds like you had a Awesome Protein day!!!

Nothing last night but since 1 it has been freezing rain. Hopefully it will keep warming up and change over to rain. I really want to go to class tonight.
