WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Morning LW's!!! 2 hour school delay because of snow. We had a few delays earlier in the year because of low temperatures but the first one for snow....not bad for the 2nd week of Feb. here in PA. I think I better have another Protein drink to help with the carbs I'm having today....

Real cold and snowy here today too. Having a real rough food day. Think it's a combination of not sleeping well the past few nights and dealing with my parents is getting to me. Time to stop the insanity!

Never got to 38 here but I braved it and drove Teke. Everything was ok but my fingers and cheeks. If we are going to compete in late March, we have to keep driving.

Sounds like you have a plan for success!!!! I've never tried the Premier but I might grab one to see how they taste. Lots of mixed reviews and I like to try things my self.
