WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Hi Roz,
I need to do payroll and key in invoices for tomorrow morning. The cake is coming along. Everything is baked and all the icing and decorations are made. Tomorrow is icing day and putting some of the decorations on. The crown is made and I just finished spraying it. So I am getting there. I had to take the bottom 4 layers to someone elses house to put in their freezer because they would not fit in mine due to a divider in my freezer.
Did your DH go to the doctor today?

I thought he was seeing the Dr today but he just got the monitor off. I guess it's sit and wait now.
You must really enjoy making cakes. I'm just not patient enough to bake. I always rush things and they never work out Plus I hate dirtying dishes lol.
Sounds Good! No licking any icing bowels!

Does it feel good to be busy? I love my busy days. Is the work similar to what you did before?
I love the babybels that's one thing I would definitely grab when I ran past the fridge. I only take one to work every day because I would eat them all.
Sounds like you had a good day!
