WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

 

Morning Lightweights!  I was so hungry this morning when I got up I ate a bowl of honey nut cheerios....what a mistake!!  I'm shaky and running to the bathroom.

Posting early because we have a competition in Pittsburgh today.  DGD's team competes around12:30.

Snack:     Baby Bell Lite Cheese

Lunch:     Not much to eat at the competition

Snack:     3 TB's Popcorn with a little salt and oil

I've been trying, and succeeding at staying low carb but I have really been wanting a bowl of oatmeal.  DH has cereal in the house but I haven't eaten a bowl of cereal in 5+ yrs since surgery. 

Lots of meetings today which end with the Carriage club annual meeting including dinner.

Good morning!

I can't eat cereal and milk any more = dumping. I can eat dry cereal no problem, dont know why the combo is a killer! Hope you feel better before the competition.

Glad to be home today. I feel like a ran a marothon after my long day at work, I am sore all over.
