Moving on to the next phase....is so exciting!!

First of all, welcome to this side! Congrats on your surgery. I found that I also lost on the slow side after the first two months. But when I look back over the last 11.5 months I see that I actually lost at a good pace. I am not quiet at goal yet but that is because it is easy to become complacent and go in to maintenance to early! Anyways- I also second using the estimator on the site. I, too, found that when I thought my loss was too slow that it was actually right where it was supposed to be. I did not use a stomach binder.
