WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

 

Happy Groundhog Day!  What a GREAT Day it is!!!! Punxsutawney Phil didn't see his shadow today so it's suppose to be an early spring and Donald Trump didn't win in Iowa (sorry if I offended anyone)!!!!!!

Snack:     3 TB's Popcorn with a little salt and oil

Hi Roz,

I'm so ready for spring.  It was actually a beautiful day here until it started raining this afternoon.  I have been working on making Petit Fours.  I've never done them before and have to do some in about 2 weeks so I'm doing a trial run today to see how they turn out.  I'm taking them with me to Thomasville Thursday when I travel there and leaving them!

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

L:  Insides of hamburger, Veggies - I was going to have the rest for supper but DH ate it this afternoon

lunch: chicken salad and 2 pieces of melva toast 15g

snack: siggi's non fat yogurt 14g

dinner: chicken and broccoli 30g

snack: cookie dough shake 21g

 110 g of protein

64 oz of water

all vitamins down!!!

Today was a good day!!
