I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

I'm so ready for spring. It was actually a beautiful day here until it started raining this afternoon. I have been working on making Petit Fours. I've never done them before and have to do some in about 2 weeks so I'm doing a trial run today to see how they turn out. I'm taking them with me to Thomasville Thursday when I travel there and leaving them!
