WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Morning LW's! DH is in the hospital having heart Ablation. They said it would be 4 hours
Thanks for covering for me this weekend Price! My girls had a big competition this weekend and 1/2 hour before they were ready to leave DH talked me into going. He new I needed a break and my son-in-laws said they would look after him it was nice being with DD's I've missed going to the comps but DH just hasn't felt well enough Our Diamonds won Grand Champs and got a fully paid bid to the AllStar Cheerleading Worlds.

I'm a little tired and sore from all of the walking at the competition but it was so much fun . I'll take the aches and pains! Since I was going DD hurried and packed our 8 yr. old DGD so she could hang out with me. It was so nice to spend some one on one time with her when DD's were working with their teams.
Looks like you are starting another successful week Price!!!

Hi Roz,
Congratulations to the teams!! I love going off with my DD & DIL when we can.
We had a very successful weekend at the library play and had great attendance for both performances. I only forgot a couple of lines but no one would know except the other cast members.
