staying the same is always better than going up. I have found that these days when small, I have to stay low carb, consistent and exercise to get any off. It's a pain but it really helped me to get back on track by doing the 5 day pouch test. Cutting carbs may help!

Well, maybe you have found a new normal. I don't want to be 116 again but look forward to the 120s.

Last week I hit 133
This is I am up to 135
However, I think it is jus****er weight. We had a very carb heavy weekend, my youngest turned 5. In fact, the scale this morning was really scary.. I'll get it back off though. Carbs are the devil for me. I wonder if it will always be this way though. I would like to be able to eat a reasonable healthy amount of carbs without seeing any gain. I know that carbs are good for you(brain function, thyroid, etc) but my body doesn't seem to like them... It seems if I go over 40, and that's pushing it, I see a gain.
Also, I may have developed a slight addiction to Starbucks. So I need to stop drinking there, even if it is only once or twice a week at most.

Have stopped losing pounds but am losing inches!
Many of us find that we have a hard time with carbs. I know that white carbs, flour, sugar, that kind of stuff is horrible for me. I seem to be able to do beans and complex carbs but not simple carbs.
glad I have never liked Starbucks and I am so cheap that paying a lot for coffee everyday would be a big no no for me. Plus I love my protein coffee. It is like a treat for me every morning.

Starbucks is a new issue for me. I have previously never drank it before and tried it one night and loved it. I don't get it everyday though :) What is your recipe for protein coffee? I tried to make some one time and it was horrid!

I brew a 5c coffee maker with decaf. Then I mix about 2/3 c warm water with 1.5scoops of protein. I use Syntrax mint cookie and vanilla most of the time but occasionally do chocolate. Then use that to "cream" your decaf or coffee. You can't just add the powder to the hot coffee like you would a powdered creamer. That doesn't work at all.
