Last week 134
this week 133
I've been here for a few days now so I think it is real. Amazing what just a few pounds makes in how you look and feel. One of my staff last week even asked if I was losing weight again. YES!!!
So how was your week???

Way to go Price! That is so awesome!
I know before Christmas, I saw 160 on the scale and was like YIKES!
So happy to be in the 150's, and cant wait to see the 140's again.

Not bad for all the eating out this week and going over my totals for a few days.

Staying put is always better than going up, lol. I just have to realize the days of losing each week or losing more than 1# a week just isn't likely to happen when you have to stay so low in calories to stay put much less lose.
I'm still not counting calories but keeping carbs low and staying with 1 to 1.5c of food per meal. It seems to be working.

We have only had one that I remember in my 6 yrs on here who just kept losing way past normal BMI that I can remember and that was Lady Taz. I know she worked really hard, adding in healthy foods and fats to maintain. She stayed in the low BMI but was healthy. If I am remembering correctly, the surgery that she over lost from was a revision because after her first WLS, she gained all her weight back.
So sorry you are ill. I hope with your medical team you can get it figured out. I got down to 111 and that was too low for me but rebound is real (usually) and it didn't last long.
