WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Dinner:    Birthday Party...guessing a piece of pizza

Snack:     3 TB's Popcorn with a little salt and oil

Started early today with labs then meetings all day.  Didn't get home until 4:30.  But the weekend is suppose to be nice so I'm a happy girl.

decaf protein coffee  23g (after labs)
low carb wrap, 1/2 cheese toast, 1/2 cinnamon toast (had to have something I could carry with me for after labs)
Wendy's chili and cheese, 2 saltines
lemon tea protein 13g
brunswierger
hot dog, no bun, green beans
protein shake or hot chocolate  23g

Good evening! 

B protein coffee, 2 cups of tea

2nd B 1/2 premiere peanut butter bar

S greek yogurt

L 3 oz chicken breast salad, dressing clementine

S 3 pretzel sticks, 2oz oven roasted chicken breast wrapped around a cheese stick

D about 3 oz fried breaded pork chop, brocolli steamed

Calories 908 so far Protein 95g

Vites done

Fluids 68 oz

miles ran at work today for a total of 11,968 steps today, going to try to get on the treadmill this evening for a little bit - treadmill didnt happen after cooking and cleaning up.
