WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Lunch:     Ground Hamburger and Green Beans

Snack:     Laughing Cow Lite Swiss Cheese, 6 saltines

Dinner:    ?  Something Protein

Snack:     3 TB's Popcorn with a little salt and oil

Busy day with the vet and trimmer when it was really cold still.  Standing around in 25 degrees for 4 hours was awful.  Then paperwork stuff.  It did finally warm up some this afternoon but we still have lots of snow left.  Hopefully by this weekend I can drive again.

I know that much snow is unusual for you but is the cold too?  We had a light dusting of snow this morning but it's almost melted now.  Going to be in the high 40's this weekend.  It looks like one month of winter has passed us by....YEAH!!!!!!

Can you do M&M on Monday?  DH is having his heart fibrillation early in the morning.

I'll be happy to start M&M.  We do have cold and it hasn't been unusually cold so far.  Last Feb was horrible and way colder than we have been, in fact, it was the coldest month on record here.  And this past December was the warmest month on record for us.  Glad January is about over.  Hope we are done with the snow.

Good evening! 

B protein coffee, plus a cup with milk and sweetener

S 2 cups of tea and a half of a premiere protein bar

L met my sister for lunch, 3 bbq chicken wings, celery with ranch

D 3/4 of a cheeseburger, minus the bun, a few french fries and a guiness, met my hubby and another couple after work today

so I am at 1500 calories again! time to cut it back tomorrow. 107 grams of protein

Seafood....I've been craving Red Lobster's fish.  I had Catfish at TX Roadhouse and I didn't like the strong taste so my craving's haven't went away.
