WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

We finally will be able to get out tonight to go to muscle pump.  I'm really sick of this.  It's 50 but not much melting with all this snow.

I'm glad you got to go out.  When I couldn't drive and had to stay in I thought I'd go crazy!  We are in the 40's here and no sign of snow.  It's just kind of gray and dreary outside.

DH got the car dug out but the roads were still too bad so we didn't go to the gym.  Finally got to the grocery today and the back roads are still awful.

No shoveling needed here...  Busy Monday, we are trying to finish up the set for this coming weekend.  Suppose to know my lines by tonight but probably not going to happen.

You are so brave for being in a play!   I love to go to plays but I could never be in one.

I'm not sure our BK has chicken fries.  I had to look them up to see what they were....LOL.

Quiet weather day here.

Had to go to one hospital this morning with my hubby, he has kidney stones then I had to take my dad to the pulmonary specialist at the Cleveland clinic that was an all afternoon production. He was diagnosed with ALS in September. Sucks.  So tired, stressed, munchy day, but glad my calories are at 1,330.

B protein coffee

2nd breakfast light n fit greek yogurt and a protein banana muffin

L 4 oz oven roasted turkey breast with a cheese stick and a smear of jalepeno cream cheese, cutie orange

S Quest bar 

S 2 oz ham rollup with a cheese stick a few carrot sticks and couple of grape tomatoes
