2nd B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 4 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - chef salad
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - bunless cheese burger w/tomato and mayo 
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:

calcium batches: done
iron: stopped
evening batch: done
heme iron: stopped

MILES:
a little housework
