Miles and menus Jan 23, 2016
Slow day here with all the snow. We got 12" and I can't find anyone to scrape the drive so we aren't going anywhere. My exercise has been shoveling the path to the barn which I have done 3x now and my shoulder's really feel it. You would think all the weight lifting I do would help but it is a different motion than I usually do.

Everyone around here has snow blowers or plows. DH bought a new tire for his and he hasn't even had to put it on yet. The 3 yr old wants to "help" and since we haven't gotten much snow yet DH has been holding off. DD bought her hubby a new snow blower and it's still shiny sitting in the garage and he is anxiously waiting to use it.
Loving the low carb menu!!!!!!
