Roz wanted me to get us started this morning. Her DH's brother passed away and they have some things to handle.
Here is my plan for the day. Hope I can somewhat stick to it.

L: Low Carb Meatballs w/pizza sauce - haven't had these in a while
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Not sure yet.
Vitamins: Started
Water/Fluids: 20 ozs so far
Miles: None yet and probably none for the day it is cold here and I am not used to this cold weather!
