I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Lemon Tea is a Syntrax powdered protein. I can't get it locally but order it from Lucky Vitamin. If you haven't tried syntrax products, you can order a sample pack very reasonably from them so you can try it before ordering a whole tub. I like it mixed with a tube of crystal light, generic, peach tea then drink it hot or cold.
I got really tired of choco, vanilla, etc early out and Syntrax has lots of fruit flavors. My other favorite is Caribbean Cooler.
