WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Happy Friday!!!!   Our oldest DGD is singing a solo this evening at her Performing Arts School.  As excited as DH and I are to hear her sing we are sad we aren't in Indianapolis watching our Diamond Girls compete in The MAJORS. The most selective all-star cheer competition in the world.  It is even an honor to take last in this competition because just competing is winning.

Hi Roz,

Finished my cake for the week.  I am working on some pricing and list of things to buy for the next couple of weeks cakes I have scheduled.  Need to work on learning my lines for the play.

I bet your granddaughter will do a great job tonight.  It is hard to be in two places at one time!
