WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Happy Day here LW's! My work is ALL caught up and billing went as smooth as silk....!!

Are you doing a part this year? What's the name of it?
Our Granddaughter who goes to a Performing Arts School has a couple solos in there music production on Friday. I can't wait to hear her!! When she sings with the different groups I can usually hear her over everyone else so I'm super excited about her singing alone.
She mentioned trying out for the part of Arial in her school production. I think she said try outs are after this weekend. She has been practicing for it. She will probably dye her hair for try-outs.
Looks like you are doing good!

The name of it is "Séance It Isn't So". It is a murder mystery(comedy). The audience will get to vote on who they want the murderer to be. I play a stuck up married lady who bosses her husband around and all he ever says is pretty much "Yes Dear". It is going to be cute. I just have to learn my lines now!!
I think I have heard her sing on some postings on Facebook. She is really good if she is the one you have posted. Good luck to her!

Sounds like life is treating you good! Glad DH is recovering!
Are you close to your personal goal or to as normal BMI?
I'd like to see you up your Protein a little more since a couple of your meals have carbs in them. As you get closer to goal we need more Protein to maintain.
