I bet it is cold up there.  Menu looks good.

We need to make a trip to Virginia but are having a hard time finding a block of time to come before it starts snowing.  That sounds odd since supposedly we are both retired..  I think we had more time when we worked.

It warmed up to 42 but by then it was too late for me to drive.  I had my company dinner last night and had seemingly a million things to do to get ready.

decaf protein coffee  33g
oatmeal, protein, walnuts, blackberries
lemon tea protein  13g
turkey thigh, 1/2 piece of toast
lemon tea protein 13g
fish, cole slaw, greens
protein peanut butter

Looks good Price.  I love oatmeal but it is one thing I have not been able to eat since WLS.  It makes me sweat and get so dizzy.  I have no idea why.  I might try it again because it really fills you up.

I've never been a huge oatmeal fan preferring grits but they are no good.  At least oatmeal is good for you.  Since I figured out how to cook the steel cut, I like them.  They do hold me over till noon very well.
