I think I was at 137 when I last posted.. Last week or the week before?
Anyways, now I am 135. But I have a feeling it will creep up.. I had more carbs than normal yesterday and today. But will go low carb the rest of the week and should go down more. It seems my body only likes to lose when I am low carbing, no matter what my calories are.
Am I the only one that tracks calories?
Also what is the sleeve reset?

Have stopped losing pounds but am losing inches!
I think most of us find that carbs are pretty deadly so welcome to the herd. My group never had us track anything but fluid and protein. I think several of us did it with whatever tracker we were using by default but it was never just to track calories. I did figure our early out that even I if kept my calories the same, I would lose if it was low carb and stay the same if it was not.
I don't know what a sleeve reset is. I imagine it is something like the 5 day pouch test that I am on day 1 of. It just takes you back to the beginning, Liquids for 3 days, soft food, denser food, normal food, all protein based. You can google it.

5 1/2 months since surgry. Was 148 for several weeks. Drove to Florida to cycle and walk and get out of the Michigan snow and 17 degree weather.
This morning 144
Being in a hotel or tent sure stops my evening grazing. I'm not sure how to eat with my activity level. Yesterday I cycled a bike trail for 30 miles, (2 hours 41 min). I ate about 1500 calories with about 100 grams of carbs. Normally I don't subtract exercise calories like a spinning class (hard) or bootcamp, but this long slow base mileage is in a different category. If I don't eat enough, I will pig out the next day.

Glad you broke your stall. Things started slowing down for me around 5-6 months. Be sure you're sticking to your plan. 1500 calories and 100 carbs is a lot and over the long run will not only stop your losing but start you gaining. The voice of experience here unfortunately!! The days of 2000 calories in a day are long gone. My base now is around 1300 and I am pretty active, muscle pump 2x a week plus all my farm stuff.
