Last week 136
This week 137
I think this is the highest I have posted since I lost weight. Tomorrow I start the 5 day pouch test to see if I can reset this whole process. I'll keep everyone posted.

I'm up about 2 1/2 pounds, so I'm cutting back on the number of protein coffees and reducing carbs. May try a 48-hour "sleeve" test/reset Monday and Tuesday. I'll keep you posted on the modified plan.

Let me know. I don't know about the 48 hr reset but I can imagine it isn't far from the first 2 days of the 5 day, 2 days of liquids. Hope it works for you.

Good morning, Price!
Glad to hear that you are noticing when you need to do something about staying on track. The therapist who runs our support group tells us that gaining as little as 3lbs at any point after surgery should be considered an "emergency", and to get back to basics and make an appointment immediately.
I don't think I weighed in last week, but I was wavering between 127-126 for 2 weeks. this morning I'm 125.3 but to be honest, I think I have a stomach flu and I'm not keeping water down yet, so this is a false low. Probably more like 126.5.
But my first goal of a "normal BMI" is at 123, so as of this morning, I'm 2.3lbs away! Omg!
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
I've let this creep up for a while, going back to very low carb and that would do it. This time I really need a reset. I'll post everyday so folks know how it is working for me.
Sorry you are sick. Maybe it will stay down. You must be another shorty like Roz, Gina and Me if your normal is 123, lol.

I've very jealous and it's hard to say, maybe it will come back up. But likelihood is that it will as you can eat more.
