WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

WOW...The last M&M for 2015.  I cooked sauerkraut and pork all night and it definitely made me hungry this morning.  We will have game night with all our DD's families and a few friends, snacks and then eat at midnight.  We aren't drinkers so we will toast with some kind of juice.  Whatever your New Years Eve tradition is please be safe.....

We went out to lunch at the Grove Park Inn with friends to see the Gingerbread houses.  It was all too good and the houses were pretty spectacular this year.  I certainly ate more than I should have but other than small deserts, stayed with protein and greens.  Tonight will be protein and not much else.

soaking the beans so they can cook tomorrow.  Collards will be cooked tomorrow and I will break down and make cornbread but try not to eat too much of it.

decaf protein coffee 33g
low carb wrap, 1/2 cheese toast, 1/2 cinnamon toast
lunch out
lemon tea protein  13g
left overs, roast beef ???
protein shake or hot chocolate

I haven't had any good cornbread for years. Do you make it from scratch?

Hope you stuck with the Protein!

I use Martha White mix.  I love it way too much.

I did stick with protein and greens at the dinner out (and a few bites of desert)
I just had leftover roast beef for supper.
