Well, I am finally back after several weeks of frenzied unpacking and a nice visit with my daughter and grandchildren. Between all of the family that came here for Christmas, I had eight extra people in the house. So, now it is time to start posting again now that we are more settled.

Just read your menu for yesterday and it looks like you were able to eat some. I know that we normally think of losing as good but hopefully you will be back in your comfort zone soon. Surgery takes it out of you then add busy holidays to that and it is hard.

Weighed Monday morning and I seem to be right where I started around 124. I've seen higher the past couple of weeks, so this was a great way to start the new year.

Was down to 148 for 3 days, then I was bad. Back on track today.
Age 61 5'4" Consult-6/2/15: 238 SW-8/4/15: 210 CW:145 (6/30/18) M1-16#, M2-17#, M3-14#, M4-10#, M5-6#, M6-5#, M7-1#, M8 -3# Range 133-138 DexaScan 4/16/17 19% body fat---- 2016 wt avg 142-146, 2017, wt. avg 132-136, 2018 avg weight 144-146 bounce back is real.
Down is good, just get back on track.
FYI, the further out I get, the more I bounce.
