The Lemon Tea is a Syntrax product. There are a bunch of us that love it.
Protein coffee, either decaf or regular is basically just brewed coffee or decaf "creamed" with protein. You have to mix the powder with water, milk or cream, then use it to "cream" your coffee. I brew a 5c coffee maker with decaf, the mix 1.5scoop of protein with water and use that to cream my 2 large mugs. You can use vanilla, chocolate or my favorite, Syntrax Mint cookie.

Roz, sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. Hope you're feeling better soon.
I weighed this morning and was down a pound. I'm doing high protein, low carb, low fat and it seems to be working. Now, I need to add some exercise a few days a week. Too bad reading and sewing aren't exercise. I would be underweight.
Beautiful day here today. It's just awful what people around St. Louis are going thru.
Today's eats:
Corozonas bar w/peanut butter - last one. They contain soy so I can't eat them regularly. Won't be buying them again.
Protein shake
Turkey/roast beef rollup
Ham, green beans
Pumpkin dessert

Soy gives me a rash on my jaw line and causes the area around my eyes to feel stretched. It also causes the corners of my eyes to be raw and scab over. I know....sounds gross. I was eating some of the Atkins products until they started adding soy to everything.
