WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Afternoon LW's!!! I'm basically having the same menu as yesterday. I'm a routine eater and that works better for me. Less time thinking about food. Dinner is usually is different because then I have DH to consider. Do you have something that works good for you?

Spectacular here today. Sunny and 70. Is it really December? This year we have seen the coldest month on record, Feb and the warmest, December.
Teke and I drove around the neighborhood. Everything is flooded and too wet to drive anywhere but the road. And we are suppose to get another 2 inches tonight and tomorrow. At least we don't have the tornados ome are getting.

That's great you can work from home. I did it for awhile but I'm to much a people person so it didn't last for long.
