Sunday Weigh In December 20, 2015
Last week I was gone but when I got home I was in scale shock at 138 and it wasn't budging downward until I went basically no carb.
Well that helped and I was 136 this morning. Still too high but headed in the right direction. Note to self: you REALLY cant get away with eating all those carbs. Stay away from them.
So how did you do???

I know you've mentioned you have upped your carbs and even though we all know better we all fight that battle every day. I'm curious Price....have you been exercising like you did early out and was Maintaining?

Good job Roz getting back. However, not being able to eat and surgery isn't the best way to lose it, lol.
I am still doing muscle pump 2x a week when I can but I did miss one day 2 weeks (at least) in a row with the holidays or meetings. I have probably been sitting at the desk more with my National accreditation site visit coming up in January but I still feed, water and hay the horses 2x a day. I know I should start walking again but I just don't, no excuses. When it is decent weather I want to be working with the horses instead of walking. And I still have more than enough paperwork to do to get ready for the site visit. So short answer, probably not!

Surgery and not eating is definitely not the way to loose weight!!! I am curious though as to where my weight will end up at when I get back to "normal". I had gained about 2.5 pounds the last month and I just couldn't understand why. I'm wondering if the blockage had something to do with it.

Hello! 5 months out today :)
Last week: 129.7
This week: 128.6
I'm finding myself tempted by small bites of Chrstmas-y treats and crap. Must stop this pattern--it's only going to get worse!
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
You are down and that is good but you are also very correct. All those bites add up and will slow your loss now and be murder once you get to maintainence.

I'm up a little bit...somewhere between 124 and 125. Mostly likely due to the Christmas carbs. {sigh}
