I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Morning LW's!!! Hope you are having an Awesome Day so far!! My stoma*****ision seems to be healing well. I have been having a little trouble with my breathing and have a nuisance cough. I'm going to call my PCP in the morning and see if I can go in for a breathing treatment. My scales have hit the bottom of my 3 point comfort zone. My appetite is slowly coming back so I expect the scale to move up slightly. Since I haven't had sweets the past week or so I'm hoping to carry that through the holidays. I'm going to try drinking a Protein Drink today but I don't think I can do it the first thing this morning. It's chilly here and I need warmth in my tummy until I get moving a little more.

I don't remember if you are a lemon tea lady but I really like it hot with a peach tea generic crystal light if you need something warm in your tummy.
