WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

 

Prayers or Swinging Critters Needed!!  DD took my DH to the ER yesterday with heart pulsing and cramping.  They are checking for blood clots in his lungs/legs and more heart damage.  He informed me he has been hurting since his hunting trip last month.  What if this would have happened on our cruise last week??  Why are men so scared of going to the DR.??

Prayers are certainly headed your way and have been since yesterday.  I hope your news is good today after the test.  I don't understand men.  I had to make DH go today to the clinic because his lungs were hurting.  Not pneumonia, that goodness but he is always one breathe away from it.  Glad he made it through the cruise ok.  That would have been awful.

Pretty day here.  I've gotten billing done, payroll started and drove Teke.  Now to finish payroll.

Reference your hubby's silence about how he was feeling....No words.  I hope they get him straightened out and read him the Riot Act while they're at it.

B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - leftover Chinese food
S - Cheetos (there are still some in the house and I know I will get into them...sigh)
D - taking hubby out for B-Day dinner--Carrabba's: red wine flight of 3, a few bites of Caesar salad, bread, filet w/blue cheese sauce, and asparagus 
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
